Wednesday, 28th of October was not quite the day for the RCB skipper Virat Kohli. His team lost the match against the Mumbai Indians, loosing two in a row after a nice winning streak. Moreover, the batting maestro himself went back to the pavilion without doing too much, scoring just 9 off 14 deliveries.
After getting invited to bat first, Kohli’s team put on a solid opening partnership of 71 but could not capitalize on it as the middle-order failed to do much. The leading scorer was the young Devdutt Padikkal. They set a target of 165 which always seemed below par for the mighty batting order of Mumbai Indians.
The Pollard-led team won the match with utmost ease, courtesy: a masterful innings by Suryakumar yadav. The 30-year-old scored 79 runs off just 43 balls which included 10 fours and 3 sixes. This star-studded innings helped MI chase down the target of 165 comfortably with five wickets in hand and five balls to spare.

Virat Kohli Sledging SK Yadav did nit go well with the fans
To hurt the RCB fans even more, Virat Kohli, their skipper was seen going to Suryakumar Yadav and saying him a few words.
Suryakumar also stared at Virat Kohli before the latter came and stood right beside the batsman.
The drama eventually ended when Suryakumar decided to walk away without saying anything to Kohli. The fans, nonetheless, are not at all pleased with Kohli’s behaviour and took to Twitter to slam him for the same.
Even RCB fans though that Yadav came out as the greater man after this incident as he did not reply anything to Kohli and let his bat do all the talking.
Here are some tweets post the incident:
Massive respect for Suryakumar Yadav who let his bat do the talking against the abusive RCB team. Virat Kohli may have been one of the many greats in the cricket today, but he lacks class and sadly, his team is following in his footsteps.

Kohli is one of the worst when it comes to on field behavior. You would never see an uncapped player being taken on the way this idiot did. Suryakumar came out looking better

Kohli came to sledge SuryaKumar Yadav during the break and Surya left like a gentleman. This shows how desperate Virat is to win this IPL. Didn’t expect this from a player like Virat Kohli.#MumbaiIndians#MIvsRCB @imVkohli @cricketaakash @surya_14kumar @vikrantgupta73 pic.twitter.com/VCwSNyKemD
