Ishant Sharma had suffered a muscle tear in the abdominal region during a training session in the Delhi Capitals camp and was thereafter ruled out of the remainder of the IPL 2020.
The Delhi paceman had played just one match in the IPL season before the injury. The pacer is now doubtful for the tour of Australia which is scheduled towards the end of the year.

Bhuvneshwar on the other hand, injured himself during a clash against the Chennai Super Kings. Reports said that it was a thigh injury and soon he too was ruled out of the IPL 2020.
This can prove to be a very big setback for the Indian team as both Bhuvi and Ishant are experienced campaigners of the game. Ishant leads the pace attack in the Test matches, while Bhuvi does it in the limited overs formats.
The Tour of Australia is much awaited by all the Indian fans as the team is resuming its international duties after almost 10 months. The tour which consists of 3 T20s, 3 ODIs and 4 Test matches will start on 27th of November.
