Former Indian captain Kapil Dev suffered a heart attack in his residence on 23th October. The legend had to go for a an angioplasty surgery on the same day. A report from ANI said that he is in a better condition now.
ANI stated that veteran all-rounder Dev checked into the hospital in Delhi with a compliant of chest pain late Thursday night. After an evaluation, an emergency coronary angioplasty was performed in the middle of night. He seems to be recovering since then and is said to be discharged in the weekend.

A Legend of The Game
Kapil is one of the greatest all-rounders and skippers India has even had. No cricket fan, absolutely no cricket fan from India can forget the 1983 World Cup Final in Lords, England in which the Indian team under Kapil Dev brought the World Cup home.
The 61-year old legend has a total of 687 wickets in International cricket to his name. He also had more than 9000 international runs under his belt before he retired in 1994. These stats alone are enough to tell you how great and complete a cricketer Kapil Dev was.
